The CEO of my local cab company is similar. He has never worked as a driver himself, and has little or no concern for his workers or the satisfaction of his clients. He has refused to offer proper training to drivers, nor to update the antiquated booking and dispatch system. What frightens me is that his drivers show greater contempt for their CEO than even the disgruntled passengers do. It's one thing to have a few pissed off clients, but a fleet of pissed off drivers is no good to anyone.
