A LARS (Launch and Recovery System) is used to launch and extract an AUV from the ocean. Here, Ginger is being pulled out of the North Atlantic.

On Expedition Titanic, the AUVs Ginger and Mary Ann will work together with an ROV to fully document the Titanic wreck site.
