@Quasar97 Nope. This is Masashi Hamauzu's piece, who later went on to write for FFXIII and (partially) for XIII-2. Hamauzu arranged each piece in this collection, and is one of industry's top go-to-guys for piano arrangements of video game music.

@Dontmissthebear Same. I love the ending, until the last two measures, which seemed a little out of place from the Debussy feel going on there. Love this piece/arrangement nonetheless :)
