I cannot think of words to describe this fiasco. Of course the majority of these people cannot pay the money back. However since it is the gov't they can, and probably will, deduct it by snatching income tax returns (and for those who do not know this) garnisheeing Social Security benefits (not SSI).

These people have been through enough, first nature now the gov't! Two forces you cannot fight and win.
