This video was shot just before 6 in the morning. The howling wind you hear was absolutely real as was the ice cold frigid temperature of 27 degrees (burrr). During a SHTF (Shit Hit The Fan) situation everyone of us will need to be in better physical condition so we can handle rigorous things that we have not sustained in our lifetimes with food shortages, gas hikes beyond control, and possible medical evacuations that we would have to make for us and our families safety.

  • Good practice running on that natural terrain as well. You never know when those skills may become useful in war time situations.

    An old timer told me to start running on natural surfaces long ago because he said it's much better for your joints and your ligaments.

  • I am realizing the importance of physical fitness -as in, I have started eating better (from my nutritious preps) exercising daily & losing weight. My reason to do it NOW is that getting in shape takes time, is enhanced by fresh air and sunlight and depending on whether or not one wants to build muscle mass, can also require more caloric intake. Once "it" hits the fan, there may be lots of time but those last three things may not be as accessible. Good vid. All the best to you. Shepreps2

  • @BIGBKELtheGOD. Good message; each person should do whatever works best to get in shape. I think particularly good ways to exercise for these types of situations would be to focus on things like natural movement, parkour, martial arts/ self defense, etc (running is definitely great)

  • What would really get you into shape would be to take a swim accross that lake and then run until your sweat burns off all the water. Do that every day.

I'm sure the economic crisis which you predict will hit the US is bound to hit every other country in the West (if you're correct), I only hope by the time it hits the UK, my ties will be cut with that inbred zoo completely. The fitness thing is a good message, but I feel it's one Black women need to be hearing more than men. I tend to find our men work out at all costs, you always see them in the gym. The women? NO! I used to go to the gym in my 20s, never saw any other BW...

  • @BIGBKELtheGOD True indeed. I found that I was able to lose more weight that way, rather than running on a treadmill
