God Help The Outcast - Shelter Animals

Got bored and wanted to play around with a video. Made this since adopting shelter animals rather than breeding and buying is something I really wish more people would do. So here it is. :)

They put the animals down so they don't have to suffer homeless, sick, starving on the streets. Theres not enough room in shelters to keep them all and if we did there would be an even lower adoption rate then there already is. Cats have lower adoption rates than dogs. Every year 2-3 million animals are PTS, it's the fault of people who don't S&N. Go work in a shelter before you discriminate. Watch the animals waste away homeless. Then watch them go peacefully and no longer have to suffer.

Sadly, there is a huge over population problem and only 1 out of every 10 dogs will make it out to find a family and therefore the other 9 will be put to sleep. :/ This means only 10 dogs out of 100 will find a home. This video was towards people who don't fix their pets and let them breed. With that 1 in 10 dogs finding a home from a shelter, only 1 in 10 puppies will be rehomed with a family who keeps them for life when they take them home out of a litter. Euth Techs don't enjoy their jobs.

It's sad that they are put down but if we tried to save them all there would be oh so more animals on the streets than there are now because animals who have been in there for months and even years would be taking up a cage. I know that sounds bad but those dogs who are there forever arnt getting any younger and the truth is not many people want older animals. :/

The thing is, there are to many animals coming into the shelter everyday that they run out of room. A shelter can only do so much when running off nothing more than donations.If people would spay and neuter and not have "just one litter" there wouldn't be so many animals being put down all the time.

I cried. Damn it people, next time you go to a shelter, look into those animals' eyes. They are full of sadness and hope that you'll take them home with you.

its not the techs' fault they are forced to euthanise unwanted animals. ITs the fault of the idiot owners who wouldn't take responsibility for their pets. They are the ones to blame for the deaths not the employees of animal shelters and animal control agencies.

I'm 11,and im gonna get a job.......NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!IM GONNA BUY ALL THESE DOGS AND CATS IN THE SHELTER,AND IM GONNA TREAT THEM WELL!!!I HAD A LOT OF PETS!:Chickens,turkeys,cats,bi­rds,bunnies ETC... It is so true. I work in an animal shelter and every time we are happy that animals are adopted, a new nest of puppies or kittens are found on the street and brought in. I have at the moment 3 kittens of 15 days old, mother being poisoned and 2 of her kittens died. I have to bottle feed them every 3 hours, day and night, so my alarm clock is set at 3 am and 6 am after doing the last feed at 12 mn. I have now 5 cats, all found on the street as kittens, and one dog. PLease neuter your pets.

@lovlyanime its very sad that you ask that many people do not know. spay and neuter are operations that are done on cats and dogs to keep them from breeding nueter is an animal viesectemy and spay is like getting an animals tubes tied

People, GO TO YOUR SHELTER. If you own a pet, either adopt another OR volunteer at the shelter. Poor animals!

People can be cruel to animals but i dont see why.people have good in them but some are not able to show it and if u ever could u would see some people take it out on poor helpless animals,Why cant they see animals have feelings and they are people to.If i could i would help these animals save them bring them to the world of love and caring.Iv always been a animal rescue but not the kind i would like to be.I want to be able to help every single animal& take down the people that have harmed them.

Great video. All of my pets are from high-kill shelters. Hopefully your video will inspire more people to adopt their animals from shelters and rescues <3
