looked on line they are saying to it staill it vir the usb i'v got a traxdata mulitmedia station 1080p

Just a quick question....I have the Cyclone sumvision MKV1, 2TB media player, i can find the files on you tube but when i click play i get a message saying "cannot play this media" and confirm in yellow.any ideas how to fix this problem? will this still work on my player as it is different to yours in the video (different menus). Thanks PM me if poss plz...........

Hello i just got a player but it crashes when playing large hd mkv files ( i have tried files from7-12GB) then continues to repeatedly crash after that for no obvious reason . have you had similar problems? i think it must be a overheating GPU problem

i updated the my cyclone mkv enclosure's firmware with mvix but youtube not working.. when i try to play a video, it says "cannot play this media". any idea?

hey, got a box a few days ago, having trouble with downloading direct to the box..... is says i need a user ID and password, the user guide say it is admin and 123 but it doesnt work, any ideas? thanks

@MrRuijordan2004 yeah it's the same way, Cyclone has recently released a new firmware update which is the same as the mivx one
