  • @imint213 Really? Do you know his background or just going off what the police had reports of by the employee with his panties in a bundle?

Next time someone hypes a call it'll be on you and then we'll see just how DANGEROUS things get when cops do not use "common sense" when investigating a call.

Ever heard of the term of being 86'd? Or is an air strike needed to resolve the issue?

Next time someone cries wolf then hopefully the arrogant can have his taste of this medicine come his way.

  • @ALLOFMYLOVE4U

Care to explain this one? I carry...does that mean I deserve to die?

Stupid fucking people in this world....yea..that means you too

  • Moral of the story; US LAWS IN FAVOR OF THE CITIZENS ARE WORTHLESS . US LAWS IN FAVOR OF THE OPPRESSOR WORK TWICE AS GOOD AS THEY EVEN CLAIM TO.

  • @TangoDown229 No, the hd was damaged but video comes in just after csi crews clean up the scene. The dvr was in the possession of costco for two days and it was them who brought it in to the co that installed the system. the same co that has a huge contract with metros video systems.

Metro corrupted it during the specific moment

  • does anyone local to this inciden have any updates? Were the videos ever recovered?

  • What more evidence does the public need? Officer Mosher stated that Costco had orally reiterated a No-Guns Policy to Mr. Scott. The evidence suggests that Erik Scott acted arrogantly (no surprise) and did not comply with specific instructions. What exactly is the debate or unfairness?

If the Erik Scott attorney is really honest and ethical then what is his record of defending others in similar situations? Case closed. Check mate.

  • @cpllawdaw my god do you work for the district attorneys office? he reached towards the gun because it was pointed out on the 911 tape the officer yelled 3 different commands and one of them was drop it. instead of taking into account whats important meaning those few seconds when the cops encountered him you are trying to just discredit him and slander him.. its pathetic.

  • @CPLLAWDOGUSMC Where do you get your boolshit? Meth? Hargwash and boolshit on your domestic claim and no conviction. He did not claim he was green beret and he doesn't need a reason to carry them.. green beret or not. He had 2nd amendment rights and permit and was never asked to leave.

I like cops but these specific ones SUCKASS

  • @naas000media He way was way within the law to carry and there was no sing AND he was never asked to leave. He never drew his weapon and even if he did it was holstered.

We predicted it also..predicted it's be rigged as it has been for so long. Time for a change in the system even though these punks got a get out a jail free card one last time.

This and the Trevon Cole shooting. Metro is way too far out of line. Outright crooked.

  • We predicted this shooting was justified before it was reported by the local media.

Erik Scott is no different than your typical arrogant white-collar Nevada professional who believed that laws and rules do not apply to him unless it was convenient.
