Using compesitory strategies and optical aids, Karen restores independence to people who are blind or low vision. Helping people with vision impairments accomplish daily activities such as reading and cooking, or just to enjoy leisure activities is what Karen enjoys.

The CDC predicts a doubling of blindness and low vision in the United States by the year 2020.

The Envision Vision Rehabilitation Center enhances the independence and enriches the quality of life for people who are blind or low vision through the delivery of research-based low vision rehabilitation.
