This is a load of shit. If you want to see real military training look up "Surviving the Cut" or "Two Weeks in Hell".
That stuff is only Tier 2 and it is way more intense than this. This isn't even real training lmao.

This is a fucking joke. Even PE is harder than this.
Before you can even go NEAR Tier 1 you have to be in the Special Forces or the 75th Ranger Battalion, which have selection courses where only 25% make it through.
