Jenny - The Climb

Warning: I went a little off with effects. I had a little too much fun after learning how to make a clip black and white except for one color, and just overall tips I've learned. So it may be a bit off, but after the amount of trouble I put into this video, I'm just done with it. I've spent just over two months working on this whole project and I'm glad to say I'm finished. However, I don't think the end is my strongest work. I think there was too much Blair (and I used clips from another video I've edited in a shameful effort to finish earlier).

This song totally fits Jenny, she's always climbing, always working for something, always trying to be someone, always wants to do something important. She'll get in over her head, but she'll have gone places. This is why Jenny is my favorite character. So this video was the least I could do for her. (So happy she's gonna be Queen next season!) Oh, and incase you can't tell, I have a serious obsession with Jenny's hair flick at the end of Dare Devil (1x05)...probably because it was one of the first clips of gossip girl I ever saw...

If anyone steals this I will be thoroughly pissed off. Not only did I spend over an hour rendering this, but I've spent the last 24 hours desperately trying to finishing the last minute and forty seconds I had left (literally). I originally started this video in Windows Movie Maker, but I moved it to Sony Vegas once I had another trial version. BAD MISTAKE. Sony Vegas is a bastard.

It often won't respond and has to be closed and reopened (and each time this happen, the chance of it crashing again skyrockets). I have had five different working files to finish this because each one stopped working after a while. The quality sucks from the amount of times I've switched files and such, and I couldn't even get my watermark on it because Vegas is evil. I spent a good amount of time today trying to finish this as my trial runs out in less than twenty-four hours. And I'm guessing over all of the time I've spent on this, I've spent days worth of hours on this. So don't steal it!
