Weapons and Explosives expert USAF (Retired) Brig. General Ben Partin was the main expert who inspected the site of the Oklahoma City bombing of the Murrah Federal Building, analyzing hundreds of photos of the disaster. In this June 1998 speech to the Wallace Institute in Santa Clara, California, he offers his take and describes his testimony to Congress.

  • If you can't believe the expert who was specifically called in to investigate and testify, who will you believe? The media? Have you seen the original local news footage from that day? It is not the same thing we saw nationally. In fact it fits the story that the Brig Gen describes. The footage should be in my OK City Playlist.

  • watch?v=z_u3FpEseNA

  • when a man like this with his background and expertise speaks on things like this people should listen and listen good

  • I agree friend. Would you believe that he was actually called in by the local gov't to conduct this investigation? Amazing. I had come to many of the same physical conclusions before I came across this video. This was a huge confirmation for me coming from a man who knows his explosives and was at "ground zero".

  • AWESOME!! Thank you for such a valuable video.

  • YW! I found this and just had to have it in my OK City playlist. Glad you found it valuable :)

  • @olga2415 What about the video editor Youtube makes available? I haven't used it, but did notice over the past week that there's an editor made available to users, here. Maybe it's capable of editing this video's file?

I would've thought that any good video editor should work, but evidently not. And no, I haven't done video editing before, so it's just guesses.

  • @mikecorbeil To edit an upload one must first delete it and make corrections to the original with the same program it was produced on, and then re-uploaded. On the program I use, even that cannot be done. I guess the uploader of this vid prefers to have it remain on line without interruption. I deleted two of my poems because I kept finding typos that drove me up the wall and my program did not allow me to edit them after a certain time. Either that, or I don't know what I'm doing on it.(likely)

  • Excellent lecture, but, and if possible, the text scrolling upward at the very start of the video says 1994 while it should be 1995. That should be corrected, if possible and isn't too time-consuming to do.

  • @mikecorbeil That interview with Tonya is one hour long and every second of it is worth very carefully listening to.

If you listen to both this interview and the one with the family (mother, grandmother, and sisters of Terry Yeakey), then you'll find a discrepancy between what each says re. whether Terry and Tonya were going to remarry. The family was under the impression that they were planning to do so, but Tonya seems to definitely say they weren't; not due to bad relationship though.

  • @jonnyy40 Definitely, and you're speaking of Officer hero Terry Yeakey. I viewed some videos yesterday about what he did to become called a hero of OKC 1995 and what horrifically happened to him. This includes a 1-hr interview with his ex-wife, Tonya Yeakey, and I'll provide the v=... IDs for two videos and the 1-hr radio interview with Tonya.

    An excellent intro., watch?v=eBS_Jh41vss

Video interview with Terry's family, and more, v=XKrUr734fEI

Interview with Tonya. See next post.

  • @olga2415 Yes, and I was just going to ask why the very beginning of the film says April 19, 1994. It's an error that should've been corrected by now, since the video has been uploaded for years and I believe the erroneous date could be edited to correct it, though am not experienced with editing videos, so am not sure this correction can be made.

  • @Freedomlover911 That doesn't load a video page anymore. Instead, it causes a 500 Internal Server Error.
