Watching a game of basketball back in the 60's is pitiful. It's like watching everyone in slow motion making uncoordinated grandma shots i guess you guys are used to shooting and dribbling uncoordinated, im sure you're all slow as horseshiiit but i have high standards unlike you pathetic wannabe players.

Everyone knows it would be a complete joke for Jordan/Kobe and Lebron to go back and play against players in the 60's it would be equivalent of me playing against your grandma's. It wouldn't even be a challenge because obviously the NBA contained no skill no talent, everyone was as slow as fuk back in the 60's a bunch of uncoordinated ball dribblers as well as a rapid decline in basketball IQ back in the 60's compared to now. You people are too stupid to even comment, have some common sense.

As I was saying before YouTube contains 98% stupid people, people who are uncoordinated, dont know what color a basketball is stuck in the 60's basically people that never evolve that's why they think chamberlain is good when in reality everyone nowadays knows he is garbage, he is as slow as a sloth, in fact everyone back in the 60's plays as slow as a turtle, uncoordinated, their jump shots look like trash, there is no concept of defence back then. You people are truly dumb there is no hope.

For those doubters, please understand this, if Wilt played today his numbers would be even better. Who, pray tell, would guard him? The most physically dominating player in NBA history, the only problem would be that no team could afford to pay him what he's worth. And those who talk about Wilt's speed, yes, his speed was legendary.

People rank Kareem right up there with the greatest centers ever. Look at Wilt at 4.00-4.10, and watch how Wilt who is now past his prime, grab an offensive rebound from behind 7'2" Kareem,[who is in his prime] and slam it back for two. Is somebody going to tell me that he could not destroy the Tyson Chandlers, and Kevin Loves of today's NBA? Better yet, If Kevin Love[who is a good ballplayer], can grab 15 RBG, score 20PPG, is there anyone going to tell me Wilt would not dominate today????

@jongib369 Why are you even arguing with that Numbnut exlax02. He isn't even old enough to remember Wilt play? I saw him play in person, and he was without question the most dominant player I have ever seen. That includes anyone in the game today. No center playing today's game could handle him in the paint, and that includes Dwight Howard. Young people who never saw him have alot to say, but they can't over the fact he owns 1/2 the record book. Wilt was the babe Ruth Of the NBA.

@NotHighEnough1 I think he would 'evolve' from his time as well? todays players are just a product of their time, if wilt was able to play today he would end up being more athletic, more coordinated, better moves ect....As he was he would do great....given all the same training opertunities who knows...what do you think?
-
@exslang02 so please stfu and learn the game better...or at least be polite. Im being just as immature but you don't deserve shit so idc....I could say a lot more but ill leave that up to gari or dantheman to whipe the floor with your ridiculous statement
-
@exslang02 or are coaches today....where do you think most of these players get all these skills/plays from? FROM THE OLDIES MINDS...if there game can grow over time in their mind...trust me, wilt would adjust if he had the same opportunities and would destroy any center playing today....the ONLY competition would be howard but howard can't do shit against big centers....he got crushed by yao and wilt is 3 inches shorter, has a longer wing span and is a LOT MORE ATHELTIC...speed, power etc
-
@exslang02 and a bunch of other players and coaches who played with him or came after him that all agree that he would dominate today...look at what kareem did over the years...look how well he did against ewing or hakeem...if that dino can do so well against centers who would rape today....why wouldn't wilt do good? he did AMAZING against a young kareem when he was old and had come off of knee surgery...hes the only one to block the skyhook numb nuts! a lot of the players from back then were
This is a part of an old interview with Wilt Chamberlain, he speaks here about so called higher percentages today. PART1 "Or these kids, they're trying to tell me the players today are better. Let me tell you, my man, that I played in the golden age of basketball. They say, look at the shooting percentages today. Are you telling me any of these guys today can shoot better than Jerry West or Bill Sharman?

@garioldwin PART2 Well, they can't. One game I saw on my dish this year, and I counted, and the two teams shot 57 layups. In one game. I guarantee you, nobody ever shot 57 layups in a week of games I played in. It's a good game now, you understand, but it's a different game. They're flashier. They have more flair, but they're not necessarily any better. And hell, Elgin was doing all that stuff 30 years ago."
