@CosmicFunkOSMOSIS well, thats your opinion.

The narration and the voices were very good....
-
all these are are literally just traced version of comic panels given animation to certian parts
-
what the hell?

The LAST person who could truly draw the Human Figure in American Animation (rest his soul) was Alex Toth. (Mike Judge, today, comes in a FAR 'second'.). It was mainly Bruce Timm who fucked over US character designs forever in 1992 with BATMAN-THE ANIMATED SERIES. Now, even the current Spiderman and X-Men cartoons have that FLAT/Cut-Out Shape influence. Sorry, but it sucks. THIS original HULK--that's CLASSIC.

ross still has the same voice today

Now THAT'S what I call limited animation.

100% agreement here.

"Now THAT'S what I call limited animation."
True, but at least back then they were talented enough to draw a human figure.
Today's animators got frustrated with the turtle on the back of the matchbook that says "can you draw me? If so you can have a career..."
If an artist or animator today doesn't have the physical talent to draw a human figure, they merely draw a spindly-limbed freak and call it their "style."
