@Masquerade03 Dorothy was one of the most popular early sound performers, but she retired early, '33 I think, after she married an MGM studio exec. However, she got back into pictures and if you've seen The Searchers, she's the mother - a big part - and worked in John Ford's and other's pictures in the late 40s early 50's in supporting roles. She's great in The Searchers.

Very interesting clip. I only knew Dorothy Jordan through Hurrell's pictures and here I can see also that she was also very lovely in the screen. Robert Montgomery that appears for a few seconds had a lot of charm in those days.
