Some of the material used in the production of this video-clip may be protected under Copyright Law, but is used herein under the provisions of the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America and of 17 U.S.C. § 107, (Fair Use doctrine) in as much as the referred material is used for the sole purpose of providing a commentary that criticizes the policies of a public figure speaking in a public forum.

The purpose of this production is not for profit, contains material of a newsworthy nature, taken from news organizations that covered public statements. Only very small portions consisting of some seconds from material that consist for the most part of several minutes to several hours in duration are used, and thus do not in any way diminish the overall value of the reference material.
The joining of material from several independent sources, together with the addition of original material created by the producer of this work, was with the intent to advance the knowledge of the viewers in relation to the statements made during several different occasions by an individual seeking public office, thereby re purposing the statements made to arrive at a different conclusion than the one intended by the person making those statements.
