How to make a Volcano Roll @ Sushivids.com

A volcano roll is a deep fried spicy salmon roll. It contains salmon, masago aka smelt fish eggs, scallions, tempura flakes, then deep fried. Topped off with eel sauce, spicy sauce, tobiko aka flying fish eggs and some more scallions. Delicious!

I hope really that one day, there will be some japanese stores in Rabat (Morocco) people here love japanese food especialy sushi, but there is just one store selling ingredients with very high prices, (exp 5 sheets of Nori cost 5$ rather than , 40 sheets that cost only 6$ in Europe :s

kind of disappointing the volcano rolls that i always get from miyos here in columbia, sc are different. they have Tuna, shrimp, crab, and are tempura fried. Could you do a video on those please without a fryer if you wanted to make these at home?

All the volcano rolls ive ever had were not deep fryed and were placed in a circle around the plate. With a mound in the center of conch, lobster, or crab in spicy mayo. So it looks like an erupting volcano.
