Around the islands of South Australia, large numbers of great white sharks prey on sea lions who are raising their pups in shallow bays. These sharks are primed to feed, so going into the water with them offers amazing photography

  • The sharks go anywhere they wish--and that means everywhere. They migrate across oceans and between continents. The reason I chose South Australia was that the conditions for filming were ideal (clear water, good weather) and that Rodney Fox had cages which gad been made for filming sequences in 'Jaws.'

  • i saw one on the coast of texas and the shallows of califoprnia

  • You could put a gill net out where u have seen the sharks: u will need 4 men to lift the weight that anchors the net to the sea floor. Your gill net needs to have holes the size of the circumfrence of the white sharks head; this will catch white shark but let pinnipeds and other animals slip through.

thats what i would do anyway.

  • i wish an exploration would be done in the waters of northeast usa..im pretty sure there are some huge whites off coast off new england and montauk...good seal population and sightings almost every year...wouldnt be surprised if some lunkers are out there...
