What the hell is he talking about? 'Hemp' is the same plant as marijuana but it has fewer leaves??? No, it's a different version of the same plant; hemp grows in wetter colder climates and is grown for the fibers; marijuana grows in hotter drier climates and the resin protects the plant against drying out (and is where the THC is). People need to get educated on this, and then legalize them both. They're too important to be left in the control of idiot lawmakers.
