Our owner Gerry Calabrese has put together an impressive AWARD WINNING bar team. The idea being to deliver some of the best drinks in the capital for accessible price range. The team have used organic, British produce throughout the 30 strong, original cocktail menu -- which is Cajun inspired.

Flavour profile is given prominence, with every one of the 300+ spirits hand selected. A seasonal emphasis allows a regularly changing menu, and all syrups, compotes and purees are freshly made on-site. Calabrese has also introduced an extensive, and ongoing, training program for their staff, which means that the bartenders at The Hoxton Pony are among the very best in the business.

Attention to detail extends way beyond the cocktail menu; with a carefully selected wine menu from around the World and an extensive Champagne list as well a wide range of premium bottle serves.


Well good music selection and a nice array of guests helps, but if you really want to wow it's all about cocktails. We at The Pony have master classes held by our team of world-renowned bartenders who will teach you the difference between a dry and sweet Manhattan through to how to make the perfect Mojito. Heck, it's so good Gordon Ramsay even took a class as seen on Channel 4's Cook-Along live.
