Perform 3-5 supersets of 3-5 reps with 2-3 minute breaks in between:
A1) Double Kettlebell Snatch & Bent Press
A2) Mace Walk Down

    When I trained at the Systema school in our city, they used to use that type of climb using wooden poles.
