That tram looks and sounds like the austrian Type T, which drives on Vienna's Metro-Line U6. I have a nice Video of it in my channel ;) Nice vid 5*

is it only a single track for the tramlink?

On this section it is single track. For most of the way the other track is used by occasional trains, but should be converted to Tramlink if the Crystal Palace extension is built. The route joins more actively used heavy rail tracks before arriving at Beckenham Junction as you can probably see.
