  • im doing mei exam in June, your vid really helps, im hoping getting a good grade.

but why the cosine acting upwards? is that alright if i use -Tsin45?

    thanks please reply...:)

  • @TheSimiarora It seems you are quite confused. The first tutorial was about forces acting on the particles and in this we are looking at the forces acting on a pulley. The tensions are the same but in opposite directions due to Newtons 3rd law: To every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

  • Thanks for these videos they are a great great help !!

just a quick question though.... i know it must be silly but i am really confused...

in ur tutorial "Two particles hanging vertically below a pulley (introduction)" the tension were moving towards each other... n den in this video they are moving out away from each other... please can you explain how that works plz plz plz.... its probably a really silly question but i would really appreciate the help thanks :)

  • @ninjaturtle205 Thanks for the complement
