hey have you tried any of the liposomal B12 supplements? They are supposed to help alot with absorption because they are liquids - i think there's even a spray to go under the tongue

you look better now, good thing you got tested for inefficiencies in your blood, all vegans need to do this, or they will slowly die, raw organic milk from cows and organic eggs from chickens is not that bad I don't get what the big deal is

my question for you....not what you are eating, but how in the hell are you able to live indefinitely in one of my favorite places in the world?? Would it be to hard for you to film videos in front of the bukhit so we could see the perfect surf????? I took your fast about six months ago, and it worked great. For your own needs you kill and eat plants too. It was always so frustrating when ignorant people would throw that at me and other vegans, but really it holds a lot of validity, not in the way they meant but Really all things are equal, humans are not above animals animals are not above plants, and after discussing diet with so many, vegans, nonvegans, exvegans, Everybody is different, some people need the meat, and not surprisingly

I've always heard that vitamin B12 is found in soil and that if you don't wash your veggies, like potatoes before baking them, you are more likely to get B12 then meat eaters. Is that wrong?

Natasha you don't have to explain yourself to anyone. It's your life, your body and you are in charge of your own health. I really admire you for putting all of this on YouTube, opening yourself up to the very harsh criticism from both the vegan & raw communities. Natasha, B12, thiamin, and other B-complex vitamins can be simply DUMPED in the urine if you are under stress (and you say at the beginning of the video that you're very very busy), along with magnesium, calcium and other very important nutrients.
Plz answer these questions: are you sleeping enough? Are you avoiding coffee or caffeinated drinks? Are you managing your stress? (check your cortisol levels)
If the answer is NO for any of these questions YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RAISE B12 LEVELS!
