Donovan 'Colours', an acoustic cover of the song by Karl Deeter

Donovan's song 'Colours' was shown to be by Martin Kavanagh from the Tin Box Company (who I have been playing with of late), from the first time I heard it I loved the song, something about the emotion of it and the idea of a time that you love the best just struck a chord in me the way your favourite songs often do.

His wikipedia page is here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donovan and I just found out he lives in Ireland! Gonna have to see if I can meet him some day!
