  • so im in the military and if i did pushups like that, instead of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10, they would says 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1 over and over again until i touch the ground with my chest and came all the way back up enough to straighten my arms then i would reach 2..
