@anubis2814 Haha, yeah I already do work out, it would just manage my time so much better.

@anubis2814 Have you read Bad Science by Ben Goldacre? I'm reading that book right now and it is hilarious. It is all about medical quackery and bad science where he criticizes alternative medicine, sensationalist science journalism in the tabloid press and some evil features of the pharmaceutical industry. If you haven't read it I strongly recommend it.

The last picture reminded me of the video, Chad Vader threatens a kitten wearing a hat.

Interesting that you bring up how alternative meds may not be felt to work on healthy people. My mom's big on all sorts of alternative health from "master's miracle shampoo" to the "BEMER mat".& more mainstream things like chiropractic and herbs. I've usually been healthy when I used these things and I've never felt better. But then, it doesn't help when I'm sick either. I'm not the most in touch with my body anyways, I don't take notice of my circulation and take longer to notice I'm hungry.

I have only one muscle that acupuncture doesn't work on and that muscle needs stimulus that is relieved with SEX. Exercise Works.
What would you say about something like the Uberman sleep schedule? Instead of a full night of sleep, it's spread into 30-minute naps spread out every four hours.

@AxeFielder Not done any research into that, check out their site and see if they have links to clinical trails or scientific papers. Otherwise they are possibly just trying to sell literature
.

Love your channel anubis2814; you know those devices that supposedly exorcise your muscles via electrical stimulation, whets up with those? Are they bullshit?

@krazyurbanheadhunter My friend has said that they work but only when used by a professional and only for certain cases when warranted by physical therapy, pretty sure the ones people try and sell you are bogus. You should probably just work out
