What is that fast, high pitched squeaking noise? I just completed my swap and noticed that noise on idle and same as the blacktop on my friends car.

Hi mate, Very nice sounding AE86 you have there. How long did it take for those springs to quieten down? Ive just done a 20V swap and mine make the same high pitched noise, its so annoying! Did it take a while for the noise to stop? Thanks

With your distributor in front was there anything wrong with the firing order cause i heard that the distributor spins backwards??

haha obviously the engine is running right? yeah, you are right, since the dizzy is up front now and still being driven by the exhaust cam, it is turning backward. But that was an easy fix

Someone told me that the 20v 4age is for FR only is that true?
Also what did this cost you?

not true, in fact, the 20V 4AGE is only come from the FWD AE101 and AE111 chassis.
but you can bolt it right up with the regular RWD transmission, and the motor mounts line right up.

same transmission from the blue top 4AG whatever that one is. No additional modification for the transmission since the bellhousing line up
