Freaky, an also-ran in the 07' Kindergarten, would break Carter Cartel's track record in 2009, during a stretch in which he also set the track record for 400 yards(and the 2nd and 3rd fastest times), and run the 2nd and 3rd fastest times at 440 yards. Freaky will be the 2009 Horse of the Year.
