If you don't have a dotting tool (like me) - just use a bobby pin. Works just as well. 8D

@stephany1800 Not entirely, but when I filmed this it was really warm outside - about 75 degrees - and I wanted to make something with bright colors. :) You can always change the colors in this for a more winter-y look if you want! ^^
