Love the conductor! It's like you can just see all the emotion of the song just by looking into his eyes!

@walkindalight It's etiquette :) At a classical concert you only applaud after the final movement of that particular piece has been played. So if you watch the third movement of Winter, you will hear the applause at the end. Hope that explains it!

Yea, I almost screamed at the end pause!
-
I love the fact that he is perfectly in stride, unlike some other interpretations I hear on youtube
-
This is the best one yet! Superb!

jaja da la sensación que para Perlman tocar el violín es una tremenda boludés. Genio.
-
How could the audience just sit there and not give a standing ovation after that?????!!!!! That was totally awesome.
-
Really great performance by both the conductor and Perlman.

The snow button is very appropriate for this video right now.

@empoleon9999 You're very right, I actually was the soloist for my high school group and we played Vivaldi's summer without a conductor, but his pieces are very hard for a conductor to lead; instead the soloist has to lead
I need a love button on this vid

Itzhak makes THE BEST faces while he's playing! That's one of the things I love about him. He's not a typical, stoic, classical musician. He obviously enjoys what he's doing and he's not afraid to show it and have fun while he performs. Not to mention he's an absolute beast of a musician.
Spectacular performance.
