The second repeat of the chorus, you descend down those notes after every time going up.

Ex: B-E-G-E-G-B-G-B-E (Then descend with) B-G-E-B

During the final chorus after the cool riff, you play the same thing, just 1 octave higher. (The same octave your playing in the video) then near the end of the song, you jump another octave higher.
