Jack Palance delivers the goods in this rousing World War II adventure in which he leads a group of specially trained commandos on a secret mission deep behind enemy lines. As Major John Heston, Palance cuts a stylish figure in his Wehrmacht uniform as he wreaks bloody havoc on the Germans and spouts insane pep talks to his squad: "Now, listen, there's not gonna be any lack of discipline, you hear that?
