@gettinitfosho LOL, no. No cock blocking. He wrote this song for his wife, Marisol, who has Lupus. Long story short, it's an incredibly painful disease that will eventually be the death of her (this explains why he "can't help her now," etc). He's just singing about how he feels helpless against her being sick, and he's breaking too. But it's beautiful. :-)

@iJrockable It might not "be the death of her"... she has gone from being on dozens of meds to only a few thanks to accupuncture & other natural methods. She's doing good these days.
