iphone all the way! i was offered an upgrade from my iphone 3gs but i declined it cus you cant go from an iphone to an crackberry, the key pad is so small on the blackberry i dont know how people say its better for emailing probaly the os is better for emailing but typing is a bitch such small keys and all jammed toghter, the iphone has option to landscape mode and faster email and text input

@z24baller I have a blackberry and I can tell you that despite the fact that the keypad is "smaller" it is actually MUCH easier to use than the iPhone. What the BB misses is the super awesome "guessing" that the iPhone has that really speeds up input.

Yeah... but the thing is with the iPhone.. when you text .. it sucks... I've used an iPhone before. Also another reason why im going for the 9700 is that the iPhone 4G will come out this summer (thats what I heard.. im not sure the exact date) So I rather wait for that.

It's not that it sucks, it's that it takes some time to get used to ... but that's true of a lot of phones. As for a 4G due out this summer ... I doubt it. Apple doesn't usually come out with an entirely new version once a year like that. Of course Jobs isn't running the place anymore so God only knows what the bean counters running the place now might do. (e.g. iPad without flash, what idiot decided to leave that out!)

lol how do u spend 90% of the clip saying how amazing blackberry is then in the end say iPhone is better lol... Im getting the Blackberry 9700 next week the only thing thats scarying me is the trackpad... many ppl are complainin that it wobbles/creaks/screams/gives u aids and a bunch of other stuff... also i believe that the blackberry is actualyl a better PHONE.. no drop calls... easier texting.. no static... but the iPhone has a lot of apps and features that a phone shouldnt have.

Oh, and on the trackpad. Yes it does wobble/creak a little. But really it has worked okay. My biggest gripe with it is the way it takes a second to notice the movement and then all of a sudden "catches". If you just want to move over one space, it often "stalls" where it is, then catches and flies right by where you wanted and you have to come back, making for a lot of clicking on what you don't want.

This is an issue that doesn't exist on the iPhone at all.

if you own an iTouch, wouldn't it be better to buy a blackberry instead of an iPhone?

@freelectronicsvideos the iphone 3gss is faster in the guessing and you can type alot faster like you stated, its about personal prefence but the iphone landscape is more easy to use,but for business use the blackberry beats it, but that will change once iphone 4.0 comes out

@Juicygirll13 IF they release a new version then that's the goal. But Apple isn't in the habit of releasing entirely new versions once a year.

BB App World uses PayPal ... paypal SUCKS

iPhone uses iTunes ... which is easy to use and doesn't use paypal. Using PayPal is a HUGE negative for me.

PayPal SUCKS and that the BB app world uses it is a CONSTANT source of annoyance to me.
