  • @clinicsaurora If my breasts have more tissue above the nipple and I want the nipple to point further up (centred), wouldn't it be better nonetheless to get the tear drop implants?

  • @lennic95 Yes you may be right. Generally I use teardrop shaped implants for

people with very little breast tissue as I need to create the new shape

of the bust. For people who have a reasnable amount of breast tissue

often round inplants are better as there is less chance of them

    rotating.

If you would like a full appearance to your upper bust round implants

are generally best. If you would prefer a flatter appearance a teardrop

shaped implant may be the best option.

  • @clinicsaurora Thank you for answering so well! While I'm talking to a specialist who doesn't know me and my situation, may I bring up that I'm 15 1/2 stones, 16 and 5'7. I'm currently losing weight. Do you think that the shape will get more "ideal"/"normal" as I lose weight of do you think they will just become like and elderly woman's (saggy and empty).

  • @lennic95 Most people loose fullness from the upper part of their bust when they loose weight. This does vary a lot between different individuals and I think it would be best for you to get down to your target weight and then assess the situation then.

Please feel free to contact us if you would like to schedule a free appointment to discuss the best way forward for you.

You can make an appointment by ringing us on 01844 214362 Best wishes
