  • here's the problem with humanity.. "if you don't like it, get the fvck out of here." simple isn't it?

  • not even entire choir could replace Vortex with decency... dimmu... better drop it all and retire, while you still have the fans

  • @Issverr Well, that might be true but I could say that Vortex was one reason why Dimmu started to get their "Mainstream black metal" image. And he was a bit overrated and Mustis underrated

  • @malicecreep no i'm just saying that the new dimmu with no songs for vortex is just... strange... and he cocomposed a lot of great songs also like kings of the carnival creation and hybrid stigmata and i think his stage presence was a trademark of dimmu borgir, i just think that neither a choir, cyrus, snowy shaw, or whatever artist can replace him in dimmu, it's just a dead spot for them now

  • @Issverr So you could say that for example Vredesbyrd is a crappy song just because Vortex isn't singing? Or is he such a great bassist or what? I've always liked Dimmu because the melodies are so great and I don't think that Vortex was the composer. Sad that Mustis didn't get so much credit for his work because he was the important part of Dimmu. And so is Silenoz

  • @malicecreep yes but you have to consider that before vortex it was another band, around the time vortex came the band was changed and they kind of need him... alot

  • @MagnusKjeldal half of the concert they played their shitty abrahadabra while they had only 1 song of in sorte, 2 songs (and the outro) from puritanical and 1 from enthrone... and ofc, now they don't have outro's written by mustis, how could they, there must be shagrath's outro... and this is the orchestra that once left alone on their grammy even though everything was set up, because they were 'too satanic', it's incredible how much they sold out...

  • @MrLuciferion That's right

  • @malicecreep whatever you say....expert...
