  • there is nothing"simply" about dieting or losing weight....it is tuff; in a world laden with nutrient deficient foods and massive amounts and I mean massive amounts of sugar everywhere...being a dedicated low carber means being a minority....stick with it dude...I know it can be daunting but remember the hardest part is getting past the first few weeks...low carb is the only thing that keeps me sane and healthy...

  • you should do what is best and works for you. Everyone is different. what works for one; may not work for the other. Why else would there be so many weight loss programs out now. Be consistant as much as you can with what works for you. Don't dwell on what you think you didnt do. That's a trap. Think on what you have accomplished so far. God Bless your efforts. Peace,

  • I've lost 4 stone since january on the atkins diet. Now I am so used to it, it's not hard anymore.

  • i dont mean to be an arse but you sound like your making immense excuses, your not taking into accoutn carbs and saturated fats, simply start walking, joging, light gym workouts and eating healthy foods, i lost 2 stone in 4 months simply doing that
