What praise? As a campaigner and an orator? That not what should matter in an presidential campaign. What matters are his stance on the issues and integrity--neither of which Newt commented on in this video.
People need to listen to what the candidates are actually saying, not how they say it.

i think Obama is the best candidate, but not because he will bring "change"(he has the most realalistic green policy)
and we supporters of Obama need to stop acting as tho he has a mystical qaulity to him that allows him to evade critism and give him immunity to failure.
surely he will fail as well as triumph in his endevours, but deifying him now will only make his failures seem so much more grand.

I would just like to comment on Barack Obama for President. I live in New Zealand and i have followed senator Obama for quite sometime. A man who is by far the best candidate i have seen in years, in fact i feel that strongly i have decided to support his campaign financially.

I appreciate Newt's honesty. And "compassionrepublican"... its people like you, Collin Powell, Newt Gingridge, and other American patriots who's convictions aren't based on party affiliation, false ideologies, race or gender, but it's based on your unadulterated love for God and country and how much you want the very best for your country!
