  • I too owned both of their albums. What a great band...wildly popular back in the day. Used to watch them play all over town.

A bit or irony or coincidence perhaps? Jimi, as most everyone knows, went on to Survivor with their biggest hit being Eye of the Tiger. Whats on the front of this album cover? hmmmm!

  • Any of you guys remember my older brother Terry Sawyer. I remember most of the guys names but I was only 8 when they were in and out of our house. Not sure where and when he played keyboards. Even older band was The Village Sound.

  • The Ritz almost blew apart one night when these guys cranked it up.

    such awesome music...

  • this is the best song on the album.. this group is great folks .. just listen. .. i'm sure if it could be digitalized it would be better, but damit this is good

  • being from Memphis,i had to sneek into clubs to watch them play...i have both Albums,,they rocked for sure..

  • Would love to purchase the original recordings, some were made before Jimi Jamison came onboard, and they were all kick-ass hard rock hits! I moved away from Memphis in 1974 and lost touch with Steve Fries. Tried to locate him, last place I heard he was at was in Phoenix, AZ. but had no luck locating. If anybody can help me with either of or both of the above I would greatly appreciate it. Contact me via lbrady1234@aol.com.

  • What great memories this song brings back! I remember the original Target, before Jimi Jamison. I used to listen to them rehearse large room above the garage just off east Parkway at Marius Penzer's house. Steve Fries was the drummer, Marius Penzer on keyboards, Buddy Davis guitar and vocals, with Tommy Cathy, and David Spain on drums. I use to run around with Steve Fries. Spent many a night down at the Thunderbird Lounge, High Cotton and and I think also at Bojangles with the band.

  • thanks for puttin this on!! i had this and captured but you can't find them anymore

  • finaly,,,,,good ole Memphis rock n roll,,,,live at the Orphium,,,,,,,,,,,rock em jimmy

  • One of the best songs off their first & best album! Great.... thanks alot. Swanee
