During the cold weather of 2009 in Florida, there were some wildlife that didn't handle it well. One traveller in South Florida waters, the sea turtles, had a really difficult time with the prolonged cold weather. But warmth, fluids, and knowledgeable care helped this little guy to fully recover. When he was transferred to the Turtle Hospital in Marathon Florida Keys, there were over 200 other turtles already there, snuggled in and getting warmed up, too.
