I'm with you buddy, but with me, its more Age of Empires. But, hey, both are great games.

Ever heard of Ievan Polka? It's the Helsinki City-State theme in Civ V.

The most famous version of late, by Loituma, has an entirely improvised section in the middle, with the word slowly put randomly in it.

Ever heard of Dragonborn? It was a piece composed by Jeremy Soule for The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. The barbarian choir is just that. Barbarian. Those words did not have real meaning or anything sans the dragon language.

Yes it is possible to make up new words for a song.

Care to direct me to it? I'm interested in it, as I'm sure all the other songs in the Civ 4 soundtrack are Swahili or African languages. Plus, it seems odd that he invented a whole set of a words for just an intro.

after lurking around in various board, it seems that christopher tin said the song isn't in any particular language. I think it's like "Adiemus" by Karl Jenkins...
