Aikido - Class Practice

This video takes you through a typical class. The instructor will demonstrate a technique, and the students will then pair off for practice. Because Aikido can be dangerous, senior students are often paired with junior students to teach correct techniques and safety.

Just make sure you try it in a dojo, where everyone plays their role, because outside of it, this shit will get you killed!!

I've suggested a few days ago that me and my girl-friend should join and try Aikido. All the mma arts I normally practice is to much for her and it would be fun for both me and her to try this out as I believe this would fit her more. (gives me a chance to experience this style more.)

all aikido moves just look and are so cool. i do aikido and it feels good getting someone under control and at your mercy. i strongly recommend trying it. :D
