The group of backpackers that met in La Paz takes a twelve hour train trip from the border through incredible scenery to this Spanish colonial town in the mountains of Peru. The area provides plenty of action en route to the Inca trail and Machu Picchu. Stephen from England may survive the two day trek to the lost city of the Incas, but his birthday party in the bars of Cuzco afterwards is another story.
