Canadian Winter Warbow Shooting

(This time in HD!) Well, here we are in the dead of winter again, but we have been blessed as of late by warmish weather! So today me (Agincourtwarbow) and me good mate André Bourguignon (MetisLifeguard) have gone out to the beautiful Rock N' Horse farm to shoot and film "Canadian Winter Warbow Shooting". Turned out to be quite chilly today with the wind and all but a good time was had! Yes I did dare to shoot a yew warbow, I would not have done it with 120lbs, but 'Maggy' shot quite nicely makeing some good distances. In fact she was spitting out the EWBS Livery arrows about 5-10yrds further than normal.

Nice vid and awesome shooting! Just a question, do you ever get bored with shooting arrows XD - i mean seriously, don't you find it a tad bit monotonous? I can see it it your passion but it must get a bit boring..... Thanks!

@sol200997 Part 2 to no the history and the facts behind this weapon intrigues me more and allows me to appreciate the great bow ever more. I don't shoot arrows just for the sake of shooting them, I shoot and make these warbows out of my love for learning and reading the wood, how it creates such an arc and historical purposes. From this I will learn more than any academic ever will, because through the experience I learn how they were created and shot, what made them a power, how...

Absolutely not, there is so much in shooting a warbow that one will never learn completely or be master 'of all'. Technique is everything and constantly being improved, as is greater and greater draw weights and being able to use them effectively. What you see is me shooting arrows, constantly, but what you don't see is my work put into every single Livery shaft, or Standard, or flight etc. My research I put into it because personally..
