The best form factor for these to come out soon would be like the nintendo DS but with a wide touchscreen display on the outside. There should also be widescreen on the inside (so a total of three displays).
It should be as thin, or thinner (it's 2008), than the current DS or iPhone.
GPS should be built in. as well as a camera on the outside and a cheaper webcam type on the inside for video conferencing.
