  • pi-pi-pa, pi-pa-pa. pi-pi-pa, pi-pa-pa.....boring!

  • @KellyPoo1000 make one out of coat hangers or something if you can't find one

  • Do you know what kind of AC adaptor this thing takes?? I tried several, but they didn't work. I'm thinking that mine is broken. It only runs on betteries.

  • @MysteryAndroclese401 - I saw your post regarding the Casio CT 460 - I have the same one! The only problem is, the music stand was accidentally discarded during my last move and now I am forced to lay the music on the side of the keyboard or against a wall. My question is, do you know of a Casio keyboard that is comparable to the CT 460? I would like to get a replacement stand - the holes are 17 inches apart - any ideas? I appreciate your help!

  • @mantara32 I like your response just it does cost more to add extra pedals but the idea of taking any thing from garbage to stellar sounding and then running through a good processor or effects loops does allow more even playing field in terms of overall sound.. Just using a delay can make most anything sound or fake the ear out into thing something bigger or more complex is going on in terms of sounds...

  • @mantara32 which Boss pedals perform theses two built it sliders (cutoff/resonance) the filter cut-off maybe parametric eq PQ-4 (no longer made) perhaps or even the GE-7 band eq...but how about the resonance feature what at best a phasor PH-3 though it is really like amplified freqs getting pass the filter not really phasing maybe it could be done with single PQ-4 or PQ-4 followed by GE-7 ether way you are talking about additional money to get the same built in sounds.

  • Think :that casio this thing is nearly 30 years old. At his time nobody even thought of the crappy BOSS stuff ;) The sounds of the old casios are timeless, and the drums are completely analog, with a little bending this "terrible" stuff sounds like a 808 / 909 or whatever u want ... even worth 150$ in my opinion

  • These same effect can be achieved with the use of any Casio keyboard and a handful of Boss effects pedals.

All this keyboard does is provide these effects built in as well as some limited control over the tone parameters. Having a bunch of noisy analog filters doesn't necessarily make it a great keyboard.

    Those drums, for example... terrible!

  • I just bought one for $100AU. Worth every cent!
