you're a perfect yoga instructor Dashama. I think all you're missing is the yoga sak for you and your students.

Are you sure that this is for beginners? Not sure about the very last forward & back bending positions. Are there not any alternative positions that can be done?

Thank you Dashama, this was really cool. I loved the part where you related it to trying to elbow or punch; ahh I can totally relate to that I lol'd. Honestly though this is so different from most of my training, I can't believe it relaxing is awesome!!! BTW when you mentioned the Tibetan rites did you mean all of them were meant for equilibrium and mental balance or just a specific pose? Thanks again this was awesome lookin forward to the rest of the days.

@tdotsfinest007 Great job! Yes I was referring to that specific pose but all the poses help with equilibrium and balance if you focus and concentrate. Namaste keep up the great work!
