Trying to blame Clinton for 9/11? Clinton's administration warned Bush that Osama Bin Laden was a big threat. Bush instead devoted defense resources to missle defense systems and largely ignored this threat. I'm not saying Bush could've prevented 9/11 if he had have been more attentive to the issue, but we certainly would've had a better chance at stopping it.
