  • Dave Oliver, you idiot. Please get educated on these issues. You have the matey persona of Hawke without the law degree. Making products such as cars in China, Indonesia, Korea, and Vietnam is much cheaper because their average wage is $1 per day, they work long hours without a break, and never complain. They simply use the technology developed in the Western world because it is the multinational companies who own this technology and so they are able to use it in their third world sweat shops
